An historic building on Grant Avenue

Here is just one of the wonderful buildings along Grant Avenue. As you can see, the facade needs to be restored and the balconies on the right need to be reconstructed. Thankfully, the balconies on the left are original and will serve as a model for the restoration work needed on the right side.
