The Vandergrift Main Street Program is in Year 3 and has been officially designated by DCED. The Vandergrift Improvement Program’s mission is to protect, preserve, and restore the strength of the existing community both in its central business district and residential neighborhoods. Many thanks to Senator Ferlo for his involvement with the revitalization process in Vandergrift. Because of his support, the VIP was able to acquire banners and install them around downtown Vandergrift.
